Recently, Aulanbel Energy organized a new employee corporate culture and product knowledge training activity at the Huoqiu base in Lu'an. On the morning of August 7th, Wang Yaqi, Senior Vice President of Aulanbel Energy, led a delegation of new employees to visit and train at the Huoqiu Base in Lu'an. On behalf of the company, Zhu Hongsheng, Vice General Manager of Hanxing Comprehensive Energy, warmly welcomed all new employees and led them to visit the company's exhibition hall, fully automatic liquid cooled PACK line, and energy storage integration workshop as the "training lecturer". Under the explanation of Zhu Hongsheng, the new employees successively learned about the company's development history, development plan, future vision and other information in various sectors, and gained a basic understanding of the company's various sectors.

During the training class, Zhu Hongsheng gave a detailed explanation of the company's business and main products, and vividly explained the relevant knowledge of energy storage to everyone. Subsequently, PACK engineer Zhang Qin provided a systematic introduction to the three major processes of the PACK production process, namely the cell section, module section, and PACK equipment section. He also demonstrated the importance of adhering to standardized and refined production processes in PACK production processes through practical cases.

This training has enabled employees to further understand the corporate culture, company history, main business and Energy Storage System knowledge.
